Today, I had an emergency issue without booking an appointment I went to her clinic they accepted me and Dr. Charkhsaz patiently listened to me even she followed and called after hours (6pm) inquiries latest symptoms and mentioned to call emergency if I see some kind of problem. I am very happy to have her as a family physician.
I have been a patient of Dr. Toutounchi for many years, and my experiences with him have always been positive. Unfortunately, today’s experience with Nurse Elham Ganji was completely different. I mistakenly thought my appointment was by phone, so I arrived about 10 minutes late.
