Dr. Charkhsaz is our family doctor, and I truly appreciate her care. Recently, I needed to visit her and called the office to check her availability. Although she was not available at that time, the office staff were very kind and helpful. One of the staff members guided me on how to use the same-day online booking system, and I was able to secure an appointment for the following Monday. Recently same day visit has been added and It’s very good and I’m very satisfied with Dr. follow up and I am very lucky to have a family doctor same as Dr. Charkhsaz.
I came in to drop off my new patient form for Dr Charzarsas and the receptionist name Benafshee was incredibly rude ignorant and disrespectful to me from the start for no reason. I asked her if I can make an appointment with the doctor to be seen as she’s is my moms family doctor, she like “let’s see if you can even be a patient here?” “you can go online and look for it yourself?” I asked what the number is she said “search it up” when she could literally give me the number… she was giving me so much attitude and basically j... read more
