Customer service is great
I stopped by this Farmersville facility After feeling a couple episodes of dizziness wanting to get my blood pressure checked. A little backstory I have two brothers and a father that have passed away from heart attacks, so that’s always in the back of my head. After going through quite an ordeal of signing in, I was told that I couldn’t get my blood pressure checked because I had to see a care provider the following day at this point, I thanked them for any inconvenience I might’ve caused and started to my truck. I’m truly pleasantly surprised at how well our care was today at the Farmersville location. I recently switched the whole family from doctors in McKinney to providers closer to home and they did not disappoint. The nurse practitioners, Mr. Hanssen and Ms. Gooding treated my son and I with excellent attention and care. They really listened and took their time with both of us.
