I had a very disappointing experience at this office. Instead of feeling heard and respected as a parent, I felt judged and pressured throughout the visit. The provider told me it was not okay that my child was not vaccinated and stated that if my child ever needed an organ transplant, she would not be able to receive one because she wasn’t vaccinated. I don't remember coming here so
They refused to help my mom. A 70 yo lady in a lot of pain, very rude and said they had nothing until November even tho their sign clearly says they take walk ins. When I brought this up they still refused help and said there’s nothing they can do. Very unprofessional 0 stars if I could. “Open to everyone” yeah right.
Best blood draw I’ve ever had. The phlebotomist treated me with care, respect, and handled my phobia well. Every 90 day routine and she made me super comfortable! Thanks Amber!
