What good is it to have them as your Dr if you cant get in when your sick? They do not start answering phone when they say they do. And they are always out of walk in appointments. If you make an appointment they are at least 2 weeks out. But always room for well checkups.
I had my 3 month appointment for prescription and blood work with Dr Roe cancelled, rescheduled with Eric, I fasted as I'm told to do for my blood work. the appointment was for 10:30 last Friday, I arrived at 10:05 early. Very upset on how rude Melanie was when we took my granddaughter in. She acted like it was an inconvenience for us to take her in and when we requested something she made an ugly gesture and said NO! So I guess my granddaughter was not I'll enough but yet an x-ray was ordered? OK. We will not be treated like this again and so we will be looking for a different pediatrician that will truly care for our baby.
