They were a better vet before they were bought out. Same services, higher prices. What upset me the most is they schedule appointments without my permission. This happened when I forgot to call and reschedule an appointment after I was told there would be no vets in the office and the sad thing is this appointment was made last year. When I called, it was in the system but they said they don't make appointments without permission. Im so glad i found this veterinary. The ladies there are so nice.
Our dog was due for his annual exam, roughly 6 weeks after his first experience with anal gland issues. He totally remembered the room from our last visit. The vet and tech were sympathetic and worked as quickly as my boy would allow. The staff genuinely cares for their patients. 4/22/26 update I brought Jack down to weigh him for his NexGard prescription.
