Hace varios años fui paciente y muchas de mis amigas tambien. Llame para inscribirme de nuevo y me dejaron 10 minutos en espera. Cada dia esta peor el servicio los doctores los cambian a menudo y los Buenos empleados se van.

Tengo 2 meses intentando hacer una cita con una doctora en específico, semana tras semana la fueron cambiando una vez que la doctora se fue de viaje otra que ellos pensaron que mi esposo ya tenía los resultados de sus examen y la doctora lo atendería online ( cosa más absurda ya que era la primera vez en 2 años que iba) la tercera vez ya les dije que así sea con otro doctor y me dijeron que ok, confirme la cita 2 días antes y todo Chevere! The old staff is always pleasant unlike the new staff. Appointments reminders are always done the day before, but you just also finding out that you have an appointment the next day. Things have changed after pandemic.
I haven't tracked my time when at the clinic being distracted with my cel. and having coffee that is offered at the place. The girls are always very kind and friendly. But the clinic changes their physicians often . That's not a good sign.
