I want to like this company but so frustrated with the lack of PT visits- the therapist and nurses are great but just as my mom was building a rapport with her new therapist -they cut her off and wanted to “refer” her to another agency which makes no sense to me. Patients morale and rapport with therapists should be of the utmost importance . She only had 3 visits w the new PT and she was just beginning to walk again - they stopped her visits and now wants her to restart with another company ?!

Carevana was very helpful to my mother after recent injuries. Tom, her physical therapist, was great, treating her with respect and kindness while helping her gain strength and confidence to return to her previous physical condition.
