Worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced. It’s been an hour and a half since we ordered, so I called to ask what was going on. The manager began YELLING about how I was told it would take a long time because of traffic, but we were never told that. When I told him that we weren’t informed of the wait time, he yelled at the woman who took our order. He kept yelling and talking over me then hung up. RecommendedThere were so many gluten free options including appetizers, meals, and desserts. The staff was amazing, friendly, and extremely helpful in explaining gluten free options. My pizza was served with an individually wrapped pizza cutter to avoid cross contamination. To top it all off the food is amazing! Best food ever!
Food is great, but every time I order it for delivery it comes late and is always cold and not fresh. What's the point of ordering it for delivery if the food is cold? � Maybe you guys should get more delivery drivers to cut down on this issue.
While visiting the Chambersburg area we had delivery from Caretti's to our hotel room. The order came fast, warm, and was some of the best pizza and calamari we've ever had. Looking forward to returning to the area to enjoy their food again.

I absolutely love dining in and placing my delivery order here. The owners are the most courteous restaurant owners I know! Always making sure that they thank you for your business each time you visit or order delivery. That's the main reason why I eat here! Plus I LOVE they put pickles in the side salads!! �
