I wish Care truly held their staff accountable. Hold their feet to the fire and made sure they were doing their job. I live in Georgia while my mom is in Wisconsin. She has had 9 caregivers so far and there was only one who did outstanding work. I wish I knew her last name because I would definitely give her a shout out. The one she has now regularly falls asleep on the job. She takes no initiative. She'll only work if asked to do so. It's aggravating to have help that don't help.
