They call the night before or the same day and expect you to be available. I had doctors appointments that I had to go to and lab work and CT Scans. I very rarely saw them. I would give them zero stars, but that's not an option.
My Dad has received very good care from Caretenders in our home. The nurses and therapists have all been professional in their jobs, giving good care and being highly personable in listening to Dad's stories and jokes, which is really important to him. We have really liked everyone, and they have done a great job letting us know when they are coming, calling the doc whenever they have concerns, and treating us all with respect and care. We recommend to others with no reservation. :)
Care Tenders a.k.a Home Care by Blackstone is Such a poor company. Please if you are able, go somewhere else for your care. I have received only 2% of good care. This "company" isn't worth anyone time.
