We did not know when the Dr. recomended home health nurse what it would entail. The first time no matter how late at night you have to let them take 3 hrs to get started. Tell them your plan for a fire, tornado, flood, how many smoke alarms you have,how many people live in the house"for their safety ", no matter how much they have to do they will stretch it to 2x per week , they dont just stick to what they were sent for.
