Well I didn't work for Brookdale separately as a company but I did work for balance home care that was inside of Brookdale and I must say there was a lot of microaggression in that company I didn't like the racial slurs from balanced Home Care I didn't like the way they made you feel like you were just not enough I want to work for a company where I feel valued as a human and as a person but Brookdale itself isn't it seems like a nice facility it's just the healthcare company inside of it
