First of all no agency of any sort medical or other is 100% perfect. That being said I have been with caretenders for many many years and at least with my personal experience I've grown to appreciate and love all the staff that has been out to see me for various different reasons. Currently I am seeing PT Terrence and Sean. Nurse Deanna and Kim. Also seeing OT as well as social worker Vicky. Muy mala experiencia con el servicio,que brinda este lugar a domicilio,las visitas pocas veces son en los horarios que ellos te programan,las terapias nunca llegan. A Una hora ,cuando más 30 a 45 minutos,se quedan estacionados en mi parqueo hasta 10 o 15 minutos más ,después de salir de la casa ,no son comprensibles con la situación del paciente,se ponen bravo por que tú preguntes las notas que escriben como si tú no tuvieras derecho a saber lo que tienes que firmar ,por lo que esto me ha hecho sentir mal .He preguntado en v... read more
They didn't even try to help my mom with her physical therapy. She does her leg exercises everyday that she needed to. They came out and did the same stuff she can do on her own. They never even tried to get her up to stand up and try for her to do thay a couple of times. They just said she is bedridden permanently. I would not recommend this company to anyone at all. They dnt even try to help a person get well
Zero stars if I could. I've been trying to talk to someone in billing for 3 hours and no one knows how to look up a claim number. Worthless.
The nurse that was supposed to show up today for my 95-year-old aunt in a nursing home fail to show up after two calls. Was supposed to be there at 10 AM, then one PM, then just never showed up! She is really in need of help, so I guess we will have to look elsewhere! This is ridiculous! I would give them a zero, if I could!
