Deborah Earll, the executive director, is absolutely horrible. She intentionally separates elderly ones from their family, manipulates and lies to residents and staff for her own benefit, continually demonstrates racist behavior, and refuses to comply with the Ohio State department of health on Covid procedures. Lonnie the Rn who oversees my fathers care is awesome. Tina the Physical therapist is very caring. Without really knowing his baseline she still is getting steps closer to where he was before. She understands our situation and really helps. Thank you ladies. I really appreciate it. So if you need assistance with care, physical therapy, just ask for caretendors to help.
