Our experience with CareTen was exceptional from start to finish. The aides that took care of my 95 year old father while he acclimated to assisted living were kind, attentive and made him feel very secure. He always mentioned the excellent care each one provided. Our family is very appreciative of the entire CareTen team.
From the moment I called to gather information there was a very loving understanding, caring voice on the other end of the phone… She did everything she could to expedite Care that I needed almost immediately. Suffice it to say that when my first aid arrived, I was so delighted that I was literally in the presence of an angel. Care ten has been a wonderful experience from the beginning. Each person along the process has been professional and listened carefully to what our needs were. Our aide is thoughtful, highly responsible and has become an integral part of our household She is highly trained, lovely and a pleasure to work with.
