Once you figure out the paperwork/electronic-work hoops, its a good company to go through for your caregiver needs! The personnel are friendly and seem to be very helpful!
We have only been using care tech for a few weeks. Getting someone to be available for our needs was a little rough at first, only due to illnesses and staffing. But the head people worked hard to get that covered as quickly as possible. We do have a gal who comes and has been pretty flexible with days and hours. So far things have been good minus a couple bumps in the road. But overall, I am thankful for the help that we needed to give us the support and help needed.
