Ms Kimberly has been the breath of fresh air this practice has needed. She is extremely helpful and is more than willing to take the extra few minutes for questions or details such as prescriptions. Please sign her up for a long term contract.
Careteam Plus has been a huge help for me, especially after being paired up with Geanine Pregel. She takes her time, no judgement is professional and has empathy which, unfortunately, so many people lack today. Please don’t get discouraged if you initially don’t feel comfortable or like someone isn’t truly listening. I can't say enough about Geanine P., she is my caseworker and has truly helped me this past year with my physical and emotional well being. She has gone above and beyond. I Love this office. Everyone is so caring and treats you as if you are family. I would recommend Careteam to anyone looking for a compassionate doctors office!
