I was hoping not to have to write this review, but I’ve been left with no other option. I left voicemails on 3/13, 3/14 & 3/19 for the clinic coordinator, Megan Mitzel, requesting a call back to discuss my concerns regarding my initial visit on 3/12. In my last voicemail, I indicated it would be my final attempt at trying to reach her to express my concerns, & to see if I could switch providers. I usually have absolutely no problems with Careteam Plus. My regular doctor is wonderful, and the pharmacy is the best I’ve ever been to. They are very caring and have excellent nurses, and the lady at the front desk is so sweet. Unfortunately, my regular doctor was booked up and they set me up for a visit about an ear infection with Dr. Kimberly Soutuyo. I have never had such a rude, terrible doctor. Dr. Brandi Barnhill is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Local girl, sweet as can be! Very attentive, efficient and patient! I refuse to see anyone else!!!
Not a good place for service.A bad apple always creates problems.But I definitely see what people are saying about the attitudes down to the doctors and nurses. But I learn LOVE conquers all!! ( Proverbs 3 vs 3-4). I’m always reminded about God’s word to stay humble, because you don’t have to act like they do!! Not a good place for service.
