they dont hire diverse staff. had an interview, they never called back or anything, of course, being a minority male probably did not help. So i called back and the manager said she hired someone with more experience, I said more than 25 years of experience and laughed. To date they are still hiring and still i have heard nothing. No diversity program at this agency, pathetic.
