The front desk receptionist is always so kind. During the electrolysis sessions, the techs were knowledgeable, the pain was tolerable and they cleared areas efficiently. I already notice less pigmented hairs in my facial region. I tried another electrolysis place for cheaper and it they weren't knowledgeable, I had scaring after and they used low voltage and said she had clients take 5 years 3 hours daily!!!! Avoid other shady places, caress electrolysis is the place to go!
Lauren was great. She is very patient with me and she is very good. I am seeing improvement after a few sessions
I waited 1 week for a call back and when I followed up it was very apparent that they have no interest in their customer satisfaction All I wanted was answers so I can buy a gift certificate but the response I received was “I’ll try”

This place is phenomenal. They treat you like family from the minute you walk in the place. If you're afraid to go somewhere for treatment, don't be. They are very kind and exceptional in every way. Sue, the afternoon receptionist, is the best at her job. Maya, the Electrologist, is superb. I highly recommend!
