So far, I have come here due to a work accident. Today, I scheduled an appointment for a follow-up and so far is 45 minutes pass my book appointment. When the girl came in to take my vitals she told me that there were 2 more before me. I told her that I made an appointment and she said that they weren't working by appointment. I did not say anything else but the last time I was here I was told that I could book an appointment better that a walk in. So, do they actually care?
