I had an appointment and was seen on time, which I sincerely appreciate. The vitals machine was not charged, so it took a little time to find someone to take my vitals manually. Not a big deal. Maybe ensure all vitals machines are fully charged the night before, so there’s always one available during the day. Everyone who attended to me was pleasant and professional.
