If you are looking at this CareSpot for your child, then I'd strongly advise you to find a better place. I came here once for my own injury and the experience was nice, but it was a different provider back then. I wish I'd read the reviews about their new provider Dr. Christy because she was as rude and rushed as everyone is saying. She got snappy and frustrated when my 11-year old daughter was trying to do the arm tests to show her where it hurt. I read recent reviews and I wish I had read that before going there. I agree with one recent review and I resonate with them. In my case I went to urgent care and paid $100 for my copay for that visit. I missed using my FSA card that night and I called them next morning to charge it to FSA card. They said it cannot be done. Then again after few days they have charged another $43 to my card. No communication, no emails no mails, just charged my card. very disappointed with the unauthorized transaction.
