superb services
The front desk and lab tech was nice and very caring, and they call you on time.
If I could give zero stars I would. I went in, checked in, waited about an hour and 10m just to get told they can’t proceed with the procedure. Due to “workers comp issues” even after I told them I’m a contractor - self employed. The front desk and nurse that took me in were great. Amazing. But who ever the “doctor” or who ever is there needs to validate for not doing her job. I absolutely love Jazmine! She is an amazing nurse practitioner. I’ve been seeing her since 2021, and she is one of the most compassionate and caring healthcare providers I’ve ever met. She truly cares about her patients, and I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to see her again at CareSpot. I’ve been coming to CareSpot since it first opened, and I first met Jazmine in 2021 when I was diagnosed with COVID for the first—and thankfully, so far, the last—time.
