Great service, and friendly helpful staff.
Customer service could be much better. Disappointing.. The front desk lady was quite rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. When I had called back to correct the note - the old one had the wrong name on it (I mentioned three times about the change and was reassured it was corrected) - I was hung up on. I think, healthcare means "care" and "compassion" first of all, which I haven't truly felt here.
