Terrible experience. I made an appointment for a urinalysis at 12:15. I arrived 10 minutes early, in-process, and ask how long the wait is (because I’m ready to pee immediately) and I’m told my appt is for 12:30. It’s now 12:57 and the status is I still have people ahead of me. I’ve used the restroom 3 times while waiting. This place is ridiculous and I won’t use them again.
I was experiencing ear pain for several days. When it got to the point of waking me up with ungodly pain, I made an appt in the morning and was seen right away. I had a severe ear infection and was prescribed antibiotics. Excellent service and help when I needed it most!
When you’re sick the last thing you want to do is go sit in a hot waiting room. I had an appointment for 10:45 and wasn’t seen until 11:45, 2 people who arrived after me with no appointment went ahead of me. I will never come back here.
Quick professional service and very helpful and friendly staff! I am visiting from Minnesota and was no problem at all
