i wish i could give negative million
Good insurance. However, as much as it pains me to say this, every time I call the customer service with a simple question I hang up the phone thinking I'm losing my mind. Understandably there is a huge language barrier, most calls take at a minimum 20 to 30 minutes. CareSource will send you paperwork in the mail and none of it makes any sense. I have called care source about my daughter's insurance of course I get told to call my local health department , they tell me to call them it says I have been approved in the system everytime I go to my doctor's they said that it was inactive. This is absolutely ridiculous how no one calls me back for NOTHING. Im just trying to get this worked out for my daughter.

Do not use care source at all I cancel and they didn’t tell you it last for three years it’s messing up my taxes 🤬🤬🤬
