Stay away!!! I got a CPAP machine from these guys. The lady basically handed it to me and went to lunch. She didn't explain how to fit the mask, use the device or anything. Immediately i was having issues with the pressure. I went there and asked who could help me. Nobody was in the office that day. I asked who was monitoring my CPAP pressure and was met with a blank stare and told "maybe your Dr?" Merged/Sold/Gave my account to Nationwide Medical after CareSource closed their CPAP division. Nationwide Medical doesn't take my insurance. Currently have a CPAP machine that has a rusting water reservoir and having to go back through insurance and my medical Doctor to obtain supplies and replacement parts for it. CPAP machine was obtained earlier this year.
Terrible company with terrible customer service skills & not hiring the right people!!
Great service. Very quick turnaround, in processing my referral and responsive people on their phone and office.
The young man, Cody, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable. Would have him make any other deliveries.
