I enjoy using Caresmartz360. For Zona Care LLC, The software's design makes it easy for both office staffs and caregivers to learn and use on a daily basis. Also, the built-in EVV tools help agencies meet state-specific regulations and ensure compliance.
TERRIBLE Customer Service. I had a question the AI could not answer (and apparently neither could the human TJ since he blew me off completely) since I actually performed the task exactly as the program is supposed to - in fact, tried multiple times - however the reset simply would not go through. So the rep ignored my statement explaining that and their chat went dark.
