My mother in law received amazing assistance from the medical assistant Erik, he is AWESOME going above and beyond his duties to assist her needs and voiced his concerns very professionally. The way she spoke about him makes me want to change where I receive my medical and start going there, that speaks volumes for Erik hats off to you sir 5+ stars. We appreciate him and his service to the community.
I have come to this clinic three times for my blood tests, and each time it takes a very long time — sometimes two or three hours. This is not acceptable for patients. The nurse’s behavior is not polite, and I had a bad experience. If management does not take action and remove her from duty, I will change my clinic and no longer visit One Community Health.

We initially faced a lot of difficulty and delays trying to collect my wife’s eyeglasses, and without Sayed’s help, it would have been impossible to get things sorted. We had been waiting for quite some time and didn’t know where to go or how to proceed. Sayed was professional, respectful, and went above and beyond to guide us through the entire process. Thanks to his assistance, everything was handled smoothly, and we truly appreciate his support. He’s always been a great help to our whole family at the clinic!
