great doctors don't have to wait that long to get served and for me it's real close to the house
The patient navigator at this clinic is amazing. He helped my parents, in their 70s, with everything—from connecting them to specialists and community resources to handling all paperwork and formalities. He treated them with patience, respect, and genuine care, and my father said he will never forget his kindness and dedication.

My mother in law received amazing assistance from the medical assistant Erik, he is AWESOME going above and beyond his duties to assist her needs and voiced his concerns very professionally. The way she spoke about him makes me want to change where I receive my medical and start going there, that speaks volumes for Erik hats off to you sir 5+ stars. We appreciate him and his service to the community.
I have come to this clinic three times for my blood tests, and each time it takes a very long time — sometimes two or three hours. This is not acceptable for patients. The nurse’s behavior is not polite, and I had a bad experience. If management does not take action and remove her from duty, I will change my clinic and no longer visit One Community Health.
