Very Rude staff at the pharmacy.
Hardly ever deliver our meds on time one of the residents has waited three weeks to have their meds delivered, these meds were needed badly, some were repeats.some have never been filled.
CareRx has a professional team that helps fill prescriptions for multiple residences in eastern Ontario. Quick and efficient.
Recently, my father (now 95) has required nutritional supplements. Dad is also a WW2 veteran. Both Christina and Trish at CareRx Ottawa helped at various stages of the process. They suggested and confirmed that Veterans Affairs would help with the costs of this nutritional supplement. The first box arrived at the retirement home within a day of me ordering it over the phone. Needless to say, this was a big help.
