We used this agency for five months and have given them chance after chance, in the kindest, most patient voice, however, in those months, we have not been pleased and our kindness was taken for weakness. 1. non-english speaking aides for english speaking patient 2. sends aides with no prior training for type of patient disability, they send whoever is available. 3. sends aides without notifying the member/patient/family 4. doesn't respond to complaints such as tardiness and damages caused by aides. 5. aides break HIPPA laws... read more
