Literally closed due to staffing.
You should take your website down I’m currently violently ill and I don’t have the money to go to the hospital I just drove 35 mins to get here to seek medical attention just to be told they are closed. Very wrong of them to still have business hours up.
Less than useless. Avoid like the plague. Do not use under any circumstances. Would rate 0, or preferably negative stars if google allowed it. They sat on my strep test results for 4 DAYS after it was completed by Labcorp, and we had to email 1x (never received a response) and call 3x over the course of those 4 days before someone finally sent it. The nurse was really helpful despite the company being terrible. They have sent me no follow up information after the doctor said they would send me a referral request for an x ray. They also have not sent me my lab work after I’ve called and left several messages. They could not cashier me out and we had to get cash back at the grocery store as a result to pay in cash. The sign says Urgent Care but make no mistake you will not be examined by a doctor. This is a video chat with a name on the screen that says MD. Save your money and see the Virtual doctor from the comfort of home on your iPhone. I would not suggest you go here if you are in need of medical attention.
