The lady was very rude when I called to make an appointment and wouldn’t tell me her name. My PCP sent a referral to Care Point weeks prior but I never received a phone call to make the appointment. I called on a Friday at 4:30 but got the answering machine because they left early (business hours are listed until 5) the answering service lady recommended I call back on Saturday at 10am when they opened to ensure I got an appointment.
