Dr Tarin is awesome! Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful.
I went in for my appointment today and the older lady, who checked me in, at the front counter was very rude! I’m checking in and she was so worried about how many times I’d rescheduled. This had nothing to do with me checking in. A white lady came in behind me and got all smiles and a thank you. This is the reason I stopped going there! I’ll stick with another location. I didn’t think to get her name, but, she was the one on the right side from coming into the building, much older lady, who barely had the window opened!!
Falsifying medical records is what they do best. Terrible customer service!
Are you guys absolutely insane? Whether I come in or I’m at the office your employee gives me nothing but attitude!! What sort of healthcare professional rolls their eyes and gets an attitude when I want to know what the results are? Extremely unprofessional, it’s not even as if “Oh we didn’t meet your expectations” You COMPLETELY disrespected me, the absolute only reason I’d ever come here is for the doctor.
