Keep contacting me via text for a prescription for my son we don’t want. Has been over 8 months now with this text… Can’t contact them except on week days and I don’t have time nor remember when at work They always send the text in a Sunday. So annoying
My doctors office drove me crazy trying to get refill. I was so upset with my doctor that I was crying when I called CarePoint to let them know my credit card info - let them know the doctor finally approved- they called my local police saying I was suicidal….Police searched for me - 4 police officers interrogated me for 2 hours about killing myself - Then they never shipped my anything. Went to pick up some eye drops. Guy inside had never bothered to check his computer and realize a prescription had been sent over. Then informs me he doesn't have it and can't fill it for 2 days. Then says it will be faster if I call Dr vs having him transfer it to another pharmacy. This place was extremely unhelpful.
