Hi, just yesterday my friend got into trouble bcs of an earring backing getting stuck in the earlobe peircing. It was a really panic situation for us as it was bleeding and painful for him. Other hospitals had waiting of 8 to 10 hours and not picking up calls. We called carepoint and went there even at the closing time Dr. Kelechi helped us to solve the issue just in a few minutes he got the backing out of that piercing hole and gave us proper guidance on that. Excellent walk-in clinic experience. Reception was friendly and efficient, the waiting room was clean and well organized, and my wait time was under five minutes. The clinic and on-site pharmacy were spotless. The Doctor was outstanding—professional, attentive, and thorough. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this clinic. I’m visiting from the Toronto area, and this was by far the best walk-in clinic experience I’ve had.
