Kerrod McNeal records patients without their consent. Be very weary. I reported it to the board of nursing.
I do say that I have to change my perspective of this clinic after being contacted over some concerning matters from my visit. The hospital manager was very lovely. The experience overall off off of one mistake was absolutely amazing if I am ever in Bayonne again, I would love for them to take care of me. Keep up the good work guys understanding the short staffing it only gets better from here. Thank you again for taking care of me.
Dr. Angulo is great and so are the staff.
Dr. Diaz has been my PCP for over 10 years. He retired recently and was kind enough to send a letter of notification. I called two weeks before his retirement to find out what the transition plan would be. I was told the new doctor would take over immediately and be able to refill my prescriptions etc. Today I call and find out the new doctor won't be starting for another 3 months. Now I'm stuck looking for a new doctor with no referral and a monthly prescription. Not to mention, the woman's attitude over the phone sucked.
