You'd swear this company was a Scam. Constantly berating for payment prior to your visit with any doctors. Refer to everyone as "the doctor". Website is unprofessional. For a medical practice, sure doesn't leave patients feeling protected and cared for. Seems like a numbers game.

Do NOT go here for psychiatric care or medication management. This practice is completely unethical and should not be treating patients with mental health needs. Dr. Gold was late to every single appointment—not once, not occasionally, but every time. Each visit was rushed, impersonal, and identical, lasting no more than 10–15 minutes. I have just started with this practice and I am extremely and grossly upset on how they have handled everything. I started with the first psychiatrist who during each of our three appointments was late to the point that I had to call the practice. Not only this but the psychiatrist was really rude and asked if I was still pissed off to schedule another appointment (for her being way late a third time in a row)They scheduled me with another psychiatrist. Adding to the one star reviews here to say my sister has been out of her medication for over a month and has been given the run around by this office. They are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, like we are being an inconvenience for daring to ask for an update. The man at the front desk sounded barely literate. Do they know how hard it is for a person out of their medication to deal with insurance, pharmacies, red tape and unresponsive medical staff? Unbelievable. This is not a place I would recommend you stick with for care unless you have no other options. Phone operators are outsourced to India and they are not equipped or interested in helping you regarding care. Have had many problems communicating with the admin over the phone this way. My initial Dr also left this place, leaving me without necessary medication for a month without informing me that this would be the case.
