I have just started with this practice and I am extremely and grossly upset on how they have handled everything. I started with the first psychiatrist who during each of our three appointments was late to the point that I had to call the practice. Not only this but the psychiatrist was really rude and asked if I was still pissed off to schedule another appointment (for her being way late a third time in a row)They scheduled me with another psychiatrist. You'd swear this company was a Scam. Constantly berating for payment prior to your visit with any doctors. Refer to everyone as "the doctor". Website is unprofessional. For a medical practice, sure doesn't leave patients feeling protected and cared for. Seems like a numbers game.
Do NOT go here for psychiatric care or medication management. This practice is completely unethical and should not be treating patients with mental health needs. Dr. Gold was late to every single appointment—not once, not occasionally, but every time. Each visit was rushed, impersonal, and identical, lasting no more than 10–15 minutes.
