I went in with an ear infection and they didn't have an otoscope to even check me she just assumed i bursted my ear drum when that was far from it. Her solution to my problem was "chew gum" don't waste ur time coming.

I'm not sure why this place has five-star reviews. I have been suffering from ovarian cysts for a couple of weeks and started experiencing symptoms of a UTI. I went in to get a urinalysis to rule out any infection. The doctor also ordered some tests to check my thyroid and hormones. I got these tests done at the beginning of January. The receptionist told me it would take a few days to get the results. A week passed, and nothing. My mother's insurance suggested this Urgent Care location in HP. The attention & care we got from the reception, nurse, & doctor was beyond expected from a place you walk into without an appointment. Thankfully, the x-ray results were given over the phone & email without the need to drive to the place.
