I'm not sure why this place has five-star reviews. I have been suffering from ovarian cysts for a couple of weeks and started experiencing symptoms of a UTI. I went in to get a urinalysis to rule out any infection. The doctor also ordered some tests to check my thyroid and hormones. I got these tests done at the beginning of January. The receptionist told me it would take a few days to get the results. A week passed, and nothing. My mother's insurance suggested this Urgent Care location in HP. The attention & care we got from the reception, nurse, & doctor was beyond expected from a place you walk into without an appointment. Thankfully, the x-ray results were given over the phone & email without the need to drive to the place.
The staff at CarePlus Urgent Care are wonderful. The clinic was very clean and organized. I didn't have to wait to be seen, they took me in right away.
I Came in for a consultation today to this urgent care and the doctor was very nice, she was able to help me with all my health concerns I had, she prescribed the meds I needed and referred me out to the specialists I needed. The staff was very friendly and were able to accommodate me right away with very little wait time. Office was clean and smelled good, I had just recently moved to this area and did not know where to go for medical attention.
