This transportation company doesn't provide good service at all!! I was supposed to be picked up today at 2:30 p.m. for an important doctor's appointment that was at 3pm in another town. I got a text message at 2:25pm that read: ETA 2:50 NO HELLO, NO CALL, just that. When I called the number it just rang. The driver shows up and just beeps. No call no nothing, instead another text to tell me the driver was there. I CANCELLED!!!! I was so heated because I knew I wasn't going to be seen. I reported this to my insurance.
if I could give 0 stars 1st issue it was snowing transport was supposed to pick up at 6:30 for a 7:30 appt at 6:20 I get a phone call saying traffic was bad they would not be there till 7:00. now knowing it was snowing and traffic would be an issue they should have left earlier to get to me on time. THIS COMPANY DIDNT SHOW TO PICK ME UP. I COMPLAINED ABOUT THEM. NOBODY ANSWERING THE PHONE AND ANSWERING SERVICE IS FULL. NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.
