I'm embarrassed to say that this review is long overdue. The Care Soft team stood up in home support for my mother very quickly after a series of falls in her home. After a couple of months, we needed to ramp up care due to my mother's declining cognitive function which meant 24/7 coverage. During that time, she was never left unattended, the staff always showed up, and despite enduring some difficult tasks, they were patient and provided excellent care.
