Mr. Mike Awadalla has been very helpful in placing my sister in an Assisted Living facility in timely manner. His work is fast and very efficient.
if a company's employees are an indication of the quality of the company, then i need to give carepatrol 11 stars. i'm certainly giving that many to mike awadalla. when i first realized there would come a time when the person in my charge would no longer be able to stay in her home by herself (alzheimer's), one of my sources referred me to mike, a placement specialist. mike gave me a crash course in how assisted living places and residential facilities worked and what they cost. while this was extremely helpful, we both agre... read more

CarePatrol was recommended by the rehab facility my mom was in. After discussions regarding her needs and preferences, they quickly located appropriate options, provided key details about each, and were ready to take me on a tour of the facilities. Although I was unable to visit the one that looked most promising, Mike Awadalla went there personally and took a video of the facility and what would become my mom's room. The whole process was much better and easier than I could have hoped for.
Mike Awadalla and Pinkle Kaur were extremely helpful in finding an appropriate and affordable assisted living community for my mother. They were kind and professional and followed up consistently.
