CarePatrol is absolutely amazing! Michelle at CarePatrol was absolutely wonderful! She was always available to answer questions and she took me on tours of facilities where my elderly mother could live. I cannot recommend them enough!!!
Care Patrol was recommended to me by a friend. Amber listened to our mom’s needs, kindly and patently set up several visits for me, and went back a second time with my husband. We are thankful for the coordination and the facilitation of paperwork with the assisted living center and the doctor's office.
Five stars AT LEAST! CarePatrol has taken the confusion and guesswork out of moving my father with dementia into assisted living. As expected, the transition was a bit tough mentally for dad. But CarePatrol took so much of the burden away; I was able to really be present for him. From first contact to follow up, I have been amazed at how they've simplified the process for me.
