Michelle was wonderful! She was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Finding a facility for my husband was very difficult. He is finally in a clean, small, and caring facility, which I could never have found without her help. Even after he was placed, she has contacted me as a follow-up and even brought Jim a flower. Remarkable and so sweet. I would highly recommend Michelle and Care Patrol.
Jenn was a great help in showing us some different facilities and helping with a reservation with American House for our Dad.
