Everyone was very kind and helpful as we navigated a difficult situation. China did a great job helping us through a tough time. Cassandra was an excellent care giver to my Mom. My Mom quickly bonded with her. Every at Care Patrol was great!
Update: Suzy was once again just the help I needed to sort through a change in care for my aunt. She worked with me to see places that would meet our needs. She was compassionate as I weighed a decision, and she provided important information during some of the tough moments that can arise in situations like this, when a loved one's health is changing.
