I'm a manager at an in-home care company and had the opportunity to work with Ava from CarePatrol. She referred a client of hers to us that ended up becoming a client of ours as well. Throughout the entire process Ava was kind, involved, and helpful. She truly went above and beyond. As someone who works with companies like this often, I can say CarePatrol was exemplary and stood out to me. It was truly a pleasure!

I recently placed both parents in assisted living in a great facility in Edison, NJ. I engaged Ava McIver of Care Patrol to help find the appropriate facility. Ava was tremendous in helping to evaluate and narrow down the facilities, determine the appropriate level of care, negotiate the finances and giving advice on how to approach the transition with my parents. In addition, she has followed up their transition and care. I highly recommend Ava and CarePatrol of Staten Island.

Ava was our angel, sent by the Gods, to help us find a placement for our dear friend who had begun to show symptoms of cognitive decline and would need placement in assisted living. Ava accompanied us to a variety of senior living settings until we found the one we agreed would work for us.
