Beth immediately knew exactly what we were looking for. I was lost and didn't know what to expect or where to start but she's seasoned and knew how to step me through the process. She stayed in contact with me the entire time while we went back and forth and back and forth and couldn't come to a final decision. She was always patient and supportive and we have found placement for my father. He moves in next week and he's even excited about the move and a new beginning.

CarePatrol of S Metro Denver was extremely helpful in finding the best place for my husband's upcoming hospital discharge. CarePatrol had information on all of the assisted living places in my area. My husband needed some special equipment and a place that worked with hospice. Tracy found several solutions. She accompanied me to tour. She asked questions that I didn't know to ask. I was able to visit and select what worked best for us. The placement was completed the day prior to his hospital discharge. It was seamless.

I didn't know where to start when a relative needed to move into a memory care place. Without Tracy I would still be lost. She quickly found a place that was very nice and helped me get everything set up. She also found a home healthcare service to do the pre-admission reviews and referred me to a realtor specializing in property sales for situations such as this. I can't thank Tracy and Care Patrol enough for all of the great support through all of this.
