I didn't know where to start when a relative needed to move into a memory care place. Without Tracy I would still be lost. She quickly found a place that was very nice and helped me get everything set up. She also found a home healthcare service to do the pre-admission reviews and referred me to a realtor specializing in property sales for situations such as this. I can't thank Tracy and Care Patrol enough for all of the great support through all of this.
The hospital coordinator, put me in touch with Tracey at CarePatrol. Being out of state and trying to find an assisted living facility for a loved one was very difficult, especially not knowing the area very well. Outstanding service! Tracy of CarePatrol responded immediately by going to the hospital, and then supported us, searched, coordinated, and visited with me potential new assisted living locations for our dad to reside in. So I got referred to Care Patrol by the caseworker while my mom was in the hospital. I had just started the process of looking for an assisted living facility for my mom days before her admittance to the hospital. It was perfect timing and the gal we got to work with was great!
