Tracy of CarePatrol responded immediately by going to the hospital, and then supported us, searched, coordinated, and visited with me potential new assisted living locations for our dad to reside in. So I got referred to Care Patrol by the caseworker while my mom was in the hospital. I had just started the process of looking for an assisted living facility for my mom days before her admittance to the hospital. It was perfect timing and the gal we got to work with was great!
