Care Patrol is the best resource I have been directed to this year. My Dad's health has been declining since December. He has been in the hospital four time. This last time the ER care manager referred us to Care Patrol. Tracy was very quick to respond with a visit with an assisted living group for my husband's declining health. She knows the proceedures and what to look for when searching for a residence. She walked with me through the first tour and knew the questions to ask and what to point out to me. I would use Care Patrol of South Metro Denver again if it was needed.
