I was looking for an independent living community for my mom and was referred to Care Patrol of South Jersey. I immediately received a message from Tracy letting me know she's available to discuss my needs. I had no interest whatsoever. Tracy was wonderful with helping move my dad into assisted living from a brief rehab stay. Tracy’s help made the move seamless. She went totally out of her way ( a number of times) to help with the ease of this transition. I truly believe this would not have happened without her help. She is dedicated, very knowledgeable and totally committed to what she does.
When I needed help finding the right assisted living community for my Mom, Tracy stepped in with compassion, patience and expertise. She took the time to understand our needs, priorities and budget. CarePatrol and Tracy McKinley were so very helpful in making the search (for my Moms perfect place to reside) as easy as it could be. I told Tracy all about my Mom, her interests and what we as a family would like for her in a perfect place to live.
