We found Alicia to be very helpful in each step of the process to find a good fit for our parent. She really spent a lot of time learning about our parent's needs. I met Shane while a loved one was in rehab following a heart attack. We needed to find an assisted living arrangement in a short period of time and she proved to be a tremendous help! Shane quickly arranged for tours and provided wise counsel in evaluating potential facilities, assisted with negotiations, and more. She's professional and is clearly well respected in the industry. We will be using her again when another need arises.

Shane Pierard was a god send to my family and a pleasure to work with. We needed to place our Aunt in a home and none of us live in the Washington area. I live in Europe and my sister on the East coast. Shane was patient, caring, and extremely knowledgeable and had no issue helping us remotely. After asking us a many questions and learning about the health needs of my Aunt she organized a visit to her first choice of homes and it was absolutely brilliant and perfect for our needs.
