Our family had an amazing experience with Care Patrol last month. We needed places for both of my in-laws: memory care for my MIL (who was also recovering from a broken hip) and assisted living for my FIL. And of course they needed to be at the same place, which makes it harder to find. We thought we had a place lined up to take both of them, but at the last minute they rejected my MIL—less than 2 days before she had to leave her rehab facility. She has helped our family navigate all of the challenging and frustrating care option choices for our mom more than once and even when settled, she remains available for questions and concerns. She will always be my first call if I need further help with senior care.

We found Alicia to be very helpful in each step of the process to find a good fit for our parent. She really spent a lot of time learning about our parent's needs. Alicia also answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. We felt well supported, more informed, and ultimately her help made the whole process much easier.
