We reached out to CarePatrol regarding assistance for finding a place for my Mom. They came highly recommended from a Pastor at my church, and after working with them, I can see why. They were very helpful and understanding. Amy worked closely with us and listened to what we wanted and needed for my Mom. She explained the process and helped us understand how it all worked. I recently worked with Kayla Flowers from CarePatrol. My father recently passed away, and I needed to find an Assisted Living Community for my mother. Kayla was great to work with as I explained what I was looking for along with a general budget. She provided our family with 8-10 options of which we toured 4. I was able to find the perfect place for my mother that I never would have found on my own. Kayla really understood my requirements and concerns that lead us to the ideal community. My mother loves her new home!

We had the pleasure meeting and working with Madison Hayes from CarePatrol in NE Ohio. She helped us find a memory care assisted living facility for my mom in the short amount of time we had. She was very professional as well as very polite. She was punctual meeting us at each facility and stayed after to review each visit with us. She was very attentive to our family concerns. We highly recommend Madison Hayes.

I found Care Patrol extremely helpful in providing me the support to explore care options for my husband in a compassionate way with no pressure. I was also impressed that the Care Patrol person I had helping me had relationships with all of the memory care communities we visited. What was most helpful was the way that they were able to help me think through what is best. They did not impose opinions on what was best or most important yet at the same time provided knowledgeable guidance.
