I am POA for a man with Alzheimer's dementia and I just can't recommend Care Patrol enough. I don't know what I'd have done without Amy's help. I looked into assisted living in the past, but it didn't seem feasible. Amy asked the right questions, knew within moments which facilities would work best. She patiently set up tours and when those fell through worked with us to find Memory Care instead. Throughout our search for a new living situation for a friend, she was extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive, encouraging, supportive, reassuring, and helpful. I recently worked with Kayla Flowers from CarePatrol. My father recently passed away, and I needed to find an Assisted Living Community for my mother. Kayla was great to work with as I explained what I was looking for along with a general budget. She provided our family with 8-10 options of which we toured 4. I was able to find the perfect place for my mother that I never would have found on my own. Kayla really understood my requirements and concerns that lead us to the ideal community.
