They were both incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process of finding the right place for my dad. CarePatrol went way beyond our expectations! Hiren was awesome with everything. He spent 3 Saturdays taking my family to look at places and then a Friday so we could look at one place again with my Mon. Hiren spent a month taking phone calls, emails, texts and setting up appointments. Hiren and CarePatrol truly helped us in everyway to find just the right place for our Mom. Very knowledgeable about appropriate placement of her clients. The quality of care is very, very important to Gabriela as I have seen her in action. If she does not think the quality of care is not in the facility, Gabriela will not recommend the placement She is very organized and able to set up schedules at the last minute which is an asset with so many placement situations.
