Ron was very helpful at a time that can be very stressful for the entire family. My siblings and I had been researching Independent/Assisted Living facilities for about a year. I worked with a gentleman named Ron Braun. He set up appointments at The Villages at Jackson Creek in Independence, Mo. Ron met me there and we toured together. It was nice to have someone there asking the questions I didn't think of. We ended up having my father move from where he was to the Villages and it all went smoothly. I liked working with a local company and to find a place for my Dad. I would recommend CarePatrol and Ron Braun to anyone who is looking into long term care for a loved one.
Ron with Care patrol was fantastic, You would have thought he knew us forever. He was very caring, took the time to help us find what we needed, and has been there for us even helping us find someone to help move. Just everything went smoothly, He's perfect.
